- Nestcart currently ships across India only.
- We do not offer international shipping at this time.
- Delivery serviceability depends on courier partner availability at the destination PIN code.
2. Order Processing Time
- Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- Processing time may vary during sales, high‑demand periods, or unforeseen circumstances.
3. Shipping & Delivery Timeline
- Estimated delivery time is 3–10 business days, depending on the delivery location.
- Metro cities may receive deliveries sooner, while remote or rural areas may take longer.
- Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
4. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.
- Nestcart may offer free shipping on selected products, orders, or promotional periods.
- Any additional charges such as COD fees (if applicable) will be shown during checkout.
5. Courier Partners
- Orders are shipped through reliable third‑party courier and logistics partners.
- Courier partner selection depends on serviceability and location.
- Nestcart is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies once the order is handed over.
6. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (if provided).
- You can track your shipment using the provided tracking link.
7. Address & Delivery Attempts
- Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
- In case of incorrect or incomplete address details, delivery delays or failures may occur.
- Courier partners usually attempt delivery 2–3 times before marking the shipment as undeliverable.
8. Delayed or Failed Deliveries
Delivery may be delayed due to:
- Natural disasters, strikes, or force majeure events
- Remote location constraints
- Courier operational issues
- Incorrect address or unreachable customer
Nestcart will assist in resolving delivery issues but cannot guarantee compensation for delays beyond our control.
9. Damaged Packages During Transit
- If you receive a package that appears damaged or tampered with, please record a video while opening it.
- Report any damage within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images or videos.
- Claims raised after the specified time may not be accepted.
10. Undelivered / RTO Orders
- If an order is returned to origin (RTO) due to customer unavailability, refusal, or incorrect address, re‑shipping charges may apply.
- Refunds for such orders will be processed after deducting applicable shipping costs.
11. Changes to Shipping Policy
Nestcart reserves the right to modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
